Welcome to the Grasslands Townhome Association

Grasslands is a family oriented subdivision that has townhouse and single family homes that were built from the late 1990s to early 2000s. Grasslands is located in Orland Park, Illinois south of 167th Street and west of Wolf Road. We are close to several interstate highways, the Metra commuter rail, high-performing public schools and short distance from great shopping centers.

As resident owners, we self manage our own association. We are proud of our small complex of 41 units. Our Board of Directors with a variety of committees are made up of homeowner volunteers who live here. It truly helps to have a large pool of skills to draw from. Homeowner volunteers are one of many things that makes Grasslands a very special, unique place.
